Statement

My work explores a wide area of artistic investigation channeling in social, economic and political realities associated with the various complexities of modern society. My investigation explores different phenomena like political power, illegality, and the underworld by reflecting the way how they become rooted in contemporary culture. As an artist, I do not want to reflect reality, but I do want to question it. My social upbringing does not embrace, rational linear actions, but rather approaching the world and life with primal instinctive behavior. In my work I practice a wide range of contemporary multimedia, from photography and digital manipulation to video from installation to sculpture, using a minimal language and at the same time ironic and subversive one.
